Police say two people were killed in a shooting at the Oregon Shopping Center.
Outside and inside an Oregon grocery store, a man using an AR-15-style gun started firing.
The incident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday at a retail area in Bend, Oregon, according to Police Chief Mike Krantz.
A person suspected to be the shooter was discovered dead at the scene.
Krantz said police discovered an AR-15-style rifle and a shotgun beside the body.
The attack's motivation is unknown.
However, it comes on the heels of a slew of other grocery store shootings throughout the country in the last year. According to an FBI assessment, there was an increase in "active shooter" occurrences last year.
